No! If you wish, we will provide professional graphic design services to you. Provide us your logo and any images you wish and we will provide you a website that reflects your business's image.
Can I retain my current hosting service?
To provide you the best, most affordable technical support and to properly handle the software's database, we require that all dynamic pages (pages that retrieve data and process user information) be hosted through our hosting services. If you wish, you may still host your static (information only) pages with your current provider. We strongly advise, however, that you cancel current subscriptions and transfer full hosting over to our services. Our hosting service is incredibly reliable and responds quickly to your needs, often supplying same-day services.
What if we wish to add further features not shown on this demo site?
That's no problem! Although the base cost only includes the current features, you'll find that our services can add custom features for amazingly reasonable prices. If you wish custom features to be added to the software, simply tell us what you wish and we can provide you a quote.
So, just how much is this software anyway?
The base price for the web software is $9,500. We are the ONLY provider of meal preparation software that makes our price known upfront. Why? Because other company's software prices would turn you away immediately. Our price is one of the most reasonable you will find for online meal preparation management software. If you wish graphic design, base cost begins at $700. Software and site customizations will require specific information from you so we can provide you a quote.
What if something goes wrong? Are we on our own?
Absolutely not. Our software has been field-tested for five years and proven itself. However, should you ever require technical assistance, fast and reliable service is only a phone call or email away. Best of all, you are not charged for phone support, and many technical support issues will be fixed at no charge to you. Larger technical issues may require minimal charges. Extended service plans are also available.
Do we have to learn the software ourselves?
No, though many may find the software easy enough to learn on their own! We are available for training and questions if you wish. On-site training may be available at extra charge, but phone training should be all you need.
